WIELD is a three-year incubator for women of color that provides a combination of professional skills development and personal support in order to help them advance to executive roles in corporate America. WIELD is on a mission to help create an inclusive economy where our aspiring female leaders can serve in executive leadership roles or launch their own ventures within ten years of graduating from the University of Texas and this program.

KS WELI honored Waode Surya Darmadali for World Logic Day as the recipient of the “Empowering Women to Lead” award. Through an intergenerational lens the Founding Director, Lesley Robinson and student board chair elect, Sydney Key vetted and selected Waode as the award recipient for World Logic Day 2023.
Waode, 2021 YSEALI PFP Economic Empowerment Fellow, is empowering young women in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, in partnership with her supervisor Lesley Robinson, Founding Director Kendra Scott Women’s EntrepreneurialLeadership Institute (KS WELI) at The University of Texas at Austin. She is the co-founder of Ruang Kolaborasi Perempuan (RKP), or space where women can get support through collaboration that focuses on developing three skills, entrepreneurship, leadership, and technology.
Logic.Wiki brought together founders of Wunderkek, Luis Gramajo and Hans Christian Schrei, as well the Pride Fund Leadership team members including Alicie Weigel, Wolfe Starr, and Densil P. to celebrate the importance of wonder, resilience, and legacy in the CPG space.
Luis and Hans created Wunderkeks from their belief that consumer products, specifically food, and beverage, are the new external signifiers, and as such, brands have the power to become symbols of allyship and markers of safe spaces for the next generation of consumers.

EnergyLink Decarbonization Solutions is setting a new standard for renewable energy infrastructure companies with a model and operations vertically integrated from engineering design to capital formation. Through a partnership with EnergyLink, the scope of services ELDS offers goes beyond typical development services; ELDS provides a link between clean energy investors and C&I organizations assessing ESG solutions, offering a pathway to fund and construct projects seamlessly.

The award recognizes the inspiring efforts and achievements of an early career sustainability and environmental professional who is driving positive change and displaying strong leadership within their organization and the wider environmental and sustainability community.
Victoria La Rose is the Head of Engineering for EnergyLink and EnergyLink Decarbonization Solutions. Ms. La Rose is a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP) and a Certified Energy Manager in training (CEM-IT). She was recently promoted to Engineering Department Manager at EnergyLink where she built a department dedicated to providing M&V services for performance contracting projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri with experience at the Department of Energy’s Industrial Assessment Center, where she gained valuable insights into the ESCO market, energy auditing and identifying energy efficiency opportunities in commercial and industrial facilities.
